Bridge v3.22.0 added FIDO2/WebAuthn support which requires libfido2 at runtime. This adds libfido2-dev and libcbor-dev to the build stage and libfido2-1 to the runtime stage for both build and deb Dockerfiles. Fixes #135 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
